The Kalgoorlie Primary School Strategic Plan 2025–2027 is a comprehensive and future-focused framework designed to drive academic excellence, strengthen student wellbeing, and enhance community engagement. Guided by the school’s vision—”We are socially conscious citizens of the world who achieve our dreams through knowledge and excellence”—the plan establishes a clear pathway for continuous improvement, ensuring the school delivers high-quality education while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The plan is built upon evidence-based strategies and reflects the school’s core values of Respect, Inclusion, Mindfulness, and Determination. By setting ambitious yet achievable academic and non-academic targets, the plan focuses on enhancing student outcomes and strengthening engagement across all aspects of school life. Key commitments include:
- Academic Success: Improving student achievement, with targets set for increased performance in the Strong or Exceeding achievement levels for Years 3 and 5.
