Bianca’s journey into education began at 18 when she worked in a childcare centre after completing an initial certificate. She later transitioned to real estate, a career she pursued for many years across Sydney, Darwin, Perth, and Kalgoorlie.
After moving to Kalgoorlie with her husband and two children four and a half years ago, Bianca sought a change from real estate. Reflecting on her long-standing enjoyment of working with children, she decided to pursue a career in education.
Before joining the school, Bianca ran “Boogie Bounce” classes, organising children’s activities and holiday programmes. These experiences reignited her passion for working with kids, ultimately leading her to transition into an educational role.
Working in education has given Bianca the chance to connect with a wide variety of personalities. She finds fulfilment in moments with each student, describing how some deeply touch her heart and how she feels compelled to support and uplift them, even when challenges arise.
Outside of school, Bianca is a devoted mum, wife, and friend. She enjoys heading to the beach, participates in Kalgoorlie’s Parkrun, and stays involved in the community. Her interests also include spending quality time with loved ones and relaxing with a drink in hand.
Bianca’s positive presence and passion for fostering a supportive environment have made her a valued member of the Kalgoorlie Primary School community.
