Meet Tania Ritchie, a dedicated and long-serving Education Assistant at KPS. Tania’began working in education after a gap year, eventually leading her to a fulfilling role supporting students and teachers. With many years at KPS, Tania has become an essential part of our school, especially through her work with the MultiLit program, where she helps students make significant progress in literacy.
Tania’s love for reading is a central part of her life. After running a bookshop for 11 years, she’s passionate about sharing the joy of reading with her students, always aiming to spark a love for books in every child. Born and raised in Kalgoorlie, Tania values the strong sense of community and diversity at KPS. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, gardening, and diving into a good book. Tania’s experience, flexibility, and genuine care for her students make her a highly valued member of the KPS family. We’re very fortunate to have her on our team!
